TNR Saves Lives

The simplest way to save kitten lives is TNR: trap-neuter-return. First, we humanely trap unaltered, feral cats, then we spay or neuter them, and finally we return and release them in their original location.

TNR is the only effective and humane way to reduce and stabilize populations of community cats. Not only does it improve the coexistence between outdoor cats and humans in our shared environment, but it keeps cats healthier for longer, because spayed and neutered cats live 29-62% longer than unaltered cats.

Most importantly, TNR reduces the number of kittens born outdoors without shelter and often without food. Together, we can help save kitten lives!

LYFF is currently revamping our TNR program. We are unable to accept TNR projects at this time, but we are actively seeking volunteers to help us manage the program and be part of our elite trapping-force. Please contact us if you’d like to be part of the team!

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW TNR REQUESTS AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CHECK BACK WITH US LATER.
